I am going to meet with some friends and do some ILP together. Do all kinds of meditation, body practices and working with the shadow. And that is what I have been thinking about, how does it work to do a shadow practice with other people? Has anybody tried it here? I was thinking to use the 3-2-1 process and just it similar as done in the Shadow dvd from the ILP kit. Does anyone have some idea or tips about this subject?
