I hope these forums aren't dead...I've been a member for years and this is the first time I've used them.

Anyway, I'm starting an integral satsang in Santa Fe, New Mexico thru Meetup: http://www.meetup.com/Santa-Fe-Integral-Satsang/

and am seeking advice from those who have run one, or who have run a sangha or salon, on how to run it and keep it going.

We're just coming up to our 50th Integral Salon meetup here in Brisbane, Australia. What seems to have worked particularly well is setting a theme for the meeting, with a few questions to consider beforehand, and maybe some simple reading, or a video or audio podcast or similar to prepare with. At our meetings we try to make sure that those questions are asked, and people given the chance to talk to them. Focusing on practical, applied, real-world experiences has also been good.
