    F.I.T.

    Hi,
    I love the idea of F.I.T., and the basic principles as outlined in the Integral Starter Kit. But unless I am missing something, there doesn't seem to be any explanation of the recommended workout. What about muscle groups, sets, repetitions, speed, length of causal recovery, etc...? Without that, saying it only takes 15 minutes a few times a week doesn't really help. Please explain.

    I was similarly confused. There is some F.I.T. worked into the 3-body workouts on the DVD as well as an interview with Shawn Phillips. Personally, I wanted more so I ordered Phillips book, Strength for Life. I'm hoping to pick it up today.
