Im an ILP student in Iceland and I have
been practicing this approach for about a year, with great results and
increasing awareness and deepening. Now I have had this urge and desire
to share this method with more people here and establish a little ILP
group. I really want make a Integral and ILP community here, because
it can get a little lonely here.
So I am really looking for
someone who is able and willing to help me a little bit about how to
establish a good foundation for an ongoing group. Or if somone knows
where I can get more resources for tips and advices about running a ILP
group.
I really want start just simple. Meet in some well
sized room, do some body practices like yoga, strength training and
causal practices, Spirit practies like meditation, contemplation,
prayers, and all sorts of things. I am a little bit concerned about
shadow practices in a group and i am not sure how best it would be to
do that practice, where you are expressing maybe difficult stuff with
other people. And with mind practices we would do some experiential
AQAL exercises, talk about integral theory and similar things, talk
about perspectives, goal seeking and all kinds of related things. Also
I am wondering about some basic tips about the sequence of these
practices, in what order it would best to do them, how to structure the
program, how do apprach the people, with what kind of attitude. I am
not talking about me being some teacher but just introducing people to
some simple practices and helping them to do it with others, also
learning more about this myself.
But I would really appreciate it if someone can lend me some tips and help me get this started.
