Re: Comments on Freedom in the Present Moment
Patrick impressed me with his decription of the Buddhist concept of 'Shunyata' (sp?), then laughing about it as he appeared to reflect on his own experience of the 'freeze-out' by one or another of the Buddhist community memebers skilled in this technique. This could be the equivalent of what we here in the West call the 'evil eye'. So how do we handle that moment when we are challenged by the eye of shunyata? Is there some sense of external authority that is supposed to remind one of his or her submission? Patrick said he sometimes found it challenging when he became the object of this experience, but his laugh while reflecting on it said something about having mastered it.
The yoga of light and sound is really only one event. It's the frequency of their vibrations that is different.
