San Diego Integral Meditation
Hey all,
A San Diego Integral Meditation Meetup group has started in Poway which is about 15 miles north of San Diego.
We are focusing on the Spirit module of the Integral Life Practice Kit
to start with and perhaps transforming in a full fledged ILP group in
the future.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wed of the month.
Drop on by to start a meditation practice or deepen your own practice!
